These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "Player") and pak75 ("pak75", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at pak75.co and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service on the pak75 platform — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and card games — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the pak75 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside pak75's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the pak75 platform. pak75 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming and betting is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or any other country from which you access the platform. pak75 makes no representation that access to or use of its services is legal in all jurisdictions. Players accessing pak75 in breach of applicable local laws do so at their own risk.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register and maintain only one pak75 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. pak75 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any balances or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

2.5 KYC Verification. pak75 may request identity verification documents at any time, and will require KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak75 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.

3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your pak75 account, whether or not authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify pak75 support immediately via live chat.

3.3 pak75 accounts are for personal use only. Account sharing, transfer, sale, or assignment to any third party is strictly prohibited.

3.4 You must update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your mobile number used for OTP verification and withdrawal confirmations. Players in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad who change their JazzCash or Easypaisa number must update their pak75 account accordingly.

4.1 pak75 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of your pak75 account.

4.2 Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for deposit where technically possible. pak75 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be made via an alternative method if the original method is unavailable.

4.3 All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification as described in Clause 2.5. pak75 targets processing of approved withdrawals within the following timeframes: mobile wallets (JazzCash/Easypaisa) same business day; bank transfers 1–3 business days; USDT TRC20 subject to network confirmation time.

4.4 pak75 reserves the right to carry out additional checks for withdrawals above certain thresholds. These checks are conducted to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and do not imply any wrongdoing by the account holder.

4.5 Deposits made to a pak75 account are non-refundable once gaming activity has occurred, except where required by applicable law or pak75's discretionary refund policy.

5.1 pak75 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific bonus terms published at the time the offer is made, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

5.2 pak75 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited, its terms remain as originally stated.

5.3 Players found to be abusing pak75's bonus system — including through collusion, multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other method — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

5.4 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Where real money and bonus money are wagered simultaneously, real money is consumed first.

6.1 All sports bets placed on pak75 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as displayed in the sportsbook at the time of bet placement. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and the actual market price at settlement, pak75 reserves the right to settle bets at the corrected odds.

6.2 For cricket markets including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Tests, pak75's specific cricket betting rules govern outcomes in cases of abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, player substitutions, and other exceptional events.

6.3 All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP percentages for each game are theoretical long-run averages and individual session results may vary significantly.

6.4 pak75 reserves the right to void bets or game outcomes where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has affected the result. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak75 platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the pak75 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that manipulates sporting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Operating a pak75 account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor access to your account.
• Chargebacks or disputes against legitimate pak75 transactions with payment providers.

8.1 All content on the pak75 platform — including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, game content, graphics, text, and data — is the property of pak75 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pak75 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any pak75 content.

9.1 pak75 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pak75 platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9.3 pak75's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.1 pak75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a configured period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the pak75 platform. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

11.2 On termination for cause, pak75 reserves the right to void all pending bets, confiscate bonus balances, and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no fraudulent activity is confirmed, real-money balances will be returned net of any applicable charges.

11.3 You may close your pak75 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to KYC verification and these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the pak75 platform that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts. pak75 makes no representation that the services described herein are appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.

pak75 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the pak75 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
